There are some frustrating times when you might not be able to complete the registration process and find yourself unable to login and use a merchant's ordering app/website. 

To work around this scenario, please try the following steps:

  1. On the app/web, go to the "Login" screen/prompt and click on Forgot Password.
  2. You'll be asked to enter a phone number. Please enter the number with which you tried to register.
  3. Continue to generate a verification token. This will be sent to your phone as SMS.
  4. Enter the token and the new password to be set.
  5. You should now be able to access your account.
