There are some frustrating times when you might not be able to complete the registration process and find yourself unable to login and use a merchant's ordering app/website.
To work around this scenario, please try the following steps:
- On the app/web, go to the "Login" screen/prompt and click on Forgot Password.
- You'll be asked to enter a phone number. Please enter the number with which you tried to register.
- Continue to generate a verification token. This will be sent to your phone as SMS.
- Enter the token and the new password to be set.
- You should now be able to access your account.
If you're still unable to gain access to your account, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the phone number/email ID with which you tried to signup.
